Good morning, friends! I hope everyone had fun yesterday with their Halloween festivities. Now onto Christmas, haha! I have to laugh because everyone really skips over Thanksgiving anymore and heads right into the most festive time of the year. I think everyone wants to soak up as much Christmas cheer as they can. The season really does go by very quickly, especially when you are planning so many different things.

I saw this sweatshirt online and thought how wonderful the saying on it is. It reads, “Fall In Love With Your Life.” The color alone is a cheerful one, but the saying really hit home for me. I think we could all use that as a little reminder every now and then. I would usually wear this tucked into my skirt, which I did, but I also wore it untucked to be able to read the message. Either way is really cute in my opinion. I’m wearing a size small and the sweatshirt is only $16! Definitely something I’ll be grabbing time and time again.

Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope everyone had a fun weekend and if you watched the Super Bowl, that you enjoyed the game. I didn't really see any outstanding commercials this year, but the last half of the game was pretty exciting to watch! How about it being the first time ever in Super Bowl history that the game went into overtime too?! I'm a sucker for little historical facts like that. They get me every time haha.

I'm not going to lie, it was absolutely freezing outside the day I wore this outfit. I honestly should have had gloves on because my hands felt like icicles. Plaid is one of those patterns I'm guessing everyone has at least one item of in their wardrobe. It's a classic and has become a staple to wear in the fall and winter months. It's also a pattern that mixes well with others, say leopard, polka dots, or itself as I have above. I love how vibrant the pop of yellow is against the backdrop of blue, black, and white. It brightens up the whole look and stands out from the crowd. Over the knee boots are a lifesaver in the colder temps too. My legs definitely thanked me for having them on! Not only that, but they create a sleek and streamlined appearance making your legs look longer than they actually are. Win win for us shorter gals!
